French Studies Bursary

  1. Be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident or have protected person or refugee status.

  2. Fulfill the admission requirements of the faculty in question (Arts, Engineering, Health Sciences, Science, Social Sciences, Telfer School of Management or the Faculty of Law, Civil Law Section).

  3. Be registered full time, and for the first time, in an undergraduate program in a direct-entry faculty or in the Faculty of Law, Civil Law Section.

  4. Each term take at least:




  • 9 credits (2) (i.e., 3 courses) taught in French (3) or

  • 6 credits (2) (i.e., 2 courses) taught in French (3) or in French as a second language (FLS) if you are in French immersion
